At Can Do Kids, we make getting started as easy as possible. Before your child’s first appointment, you’ll receive a secure link by email or text to complete your intake forms from your phone, tablet, or computer.
If you’re unable to complete your forms before your visit, please arrive 15–20 minutes early so our staff can assist you.
